Can't reply to forum topics

It seems that i can't reply to forum topics, i can only create new topics. Reading the messages here, it seems everyone has the same problem.

I (still) can't reply to

I (still) can't reply to forum topics (using the 'Add new comment' link). Only the 'Reply' link on other peoples posts work for me.
