Is there any current detection method sensitive enough to pinpoint if a signal was coming from Gliese-667Cc? (About 22 to 23 light years away.) Could we determine that by measuring the Dopper shift? Or is our present-day technology not advanced enough to detect at the planet level, just the star level? I'm checking other online sources but haven't found anything yet. Thanks for any help!
