This is as far as I can get with gnu radio.  Does anyone know the steps it would take to listen to a specific signal? If I know where the signals are shouldn't I be able to pass that to a band pass filter and listen to the signal?

you have to send the signal to your speakers somehow

This link may be useful: http://www.oz9aec.net/index.php/gnu-radio/grc-examples
I haven't tried it myself, so hopefully it helps.

Herpy, I can't ofer you any

I can't ofer you any help with the GNU radio, I am not familiar with it. But it would be awesome if you can get it to playback some sounds from a piece of the seti data! Keep plugging away at it.
