runsse.sh

This script uses environmental variables and command line arguments to start up all the components of the SonATA system. For interactive mode, a number of xterms are created, one for the user input and others for tails on various log files. The seeker and the controlcomponents.expect are started. A log file, /tmp/runsse-started-jobs, lists the process ids of all the components started to be used for system shutdown. The script stays active until the user hits carriage return in the window causing the system to exit.
